Arizona state licensed online defensive driving course

To begin registering for your course, please select your county and court name from the menus below. This information will be printed on your traffic citation.

We are required by Arizona to collect a court fee, a state fee, and a state surcharge in addition to our Defensive Driving Course fee. The amount of each fee and your total purchase price for this course will be presented to you once you have selected your county and court from the menu. Detailed explanation of these fees can be found on the Arizona Defensive Driving Board web site .

Court date

  1. Please note that you are required to complete this course at least seven days prior to the court date.
    To allow for enough time for you to provide us required documents and to complete the course on time, please ensure that you enroll at least 9 days prior to your court date.

Affirmation of Eligibility

  1. I, affirm that I am eligible to attend a defensive driving course for citation dismissal. I understand my eligibility means that:

    • I have not attended and Arizona defensive Driving school for traffic citation dismissal within one (1) year prior to the date of my current violation for which I am attending.
    • My traffic violation did not result in a death or serious injury.
    • I am not registered to attend another defensive driving course.
    • I understand that if I am found ineligible to attend a defensive driving course for citation dismissal, I may not have any citation dismissed by the court and all fees paid to attend such course, except for the court fees, will not be refunded.
    • If I am found ineligible I will resolve my citation with the appropriate court of jurisdiction.
